Why a blog??

This blog is about beds from Charles P. Rogers. We do have an actual commerce website at www.charlesprogers.com but on it we try to be concise and focused to make shopping there simple, clear and straight forward. But we are passionate about our craft. So what’s the goal here you may ask? Of course we want people to buy our beds, we are a business, but a large part of why we want people to have a Charles P. Rogers bed is that is we believe in our products. Take a look at About Charles P. Rogers at the right for more on this. We like our beds and believe they are not only a tremendous value but will make you feel good. So rather than clogging up our commercial site with lots of stuff besides just a good way to buy a bed, we now have this blog. We love talking, designing and thinking about beds; getting feed back from customers about what we make or should make, bed trivia and information, showing off our new products and offering special deals.

So we hope if your interested you will leave feedback, suggestions and subscribe to our RSS feed or check back to take advantage of any special promotions or just some general pillow talk.

Charles Rogers’s customer service is terrible. A guarantee is only as good as the company
making that guarantee and this company does not stand behind it’s promises. I will
be submitting reviews on this company on a regular basis on every review site that I can find
on the web to warn others about my very negative experience with Charles Rogers.

I ordered a bed in March and it is now well over 10 weeks. I was also told that I would not get my bed until June 25th, which makes it closer to 18 weeks. I was told that they would call me the day before they could deliver the bed. When I asked if they could deliver the bed on a Saturday, they said that it would have to wait until mid-July.

This is the worse experience I have ever had buying anything, anywhere, ever.

I am actually afraid that the bed will be broken as some of the comments I did not listen to warned me about on Google.

I wonder how many others in NY have had bad experiences.

I mean are they growing the tree that they will ultimately make the bed from?!?!?!? I don’t get it.
